Apple Cake!

Earlier today, my mom and I decided to make a recipe that I had in a book called How To Survive Middle School. It was a recipe for Apple cake. One day I thought it sounded good, so I showed it to my mom. She said we could make it someday. And it just turned out that today was that day. There were a lot of parts to it but it wasn't too hard. We used cinnamon, sugar, apples, salt, flour, eggs, and much more. We were told to bake it for eighty minutes, but my mom was afraid it would get over-cooked, so we took it out a little early. It ended up being the perfect timing, because it looked just crisp enough. Later, when my dad and my sister got home, we all ate it together. It was really good.
