Today at lunch the Harlem Wizards came and performed. Two women from the Seattle Storm WBNA team came also. After the Harlem Wizards finished, the women introduced themselves. Then they answered some questions. When I was walking to class, the principal stopped me and told me to come and meet someone. She introduced me by saying, “Kayla was one of our star basketball players on our basketball game. She also shoots squirrels with her granddad.”
One of the women told me if I really love basketball, I should keep playing. Then I shook their hands and went to math class and took my test.
